About Traci Noel, Founder & Principal Broker
I am a Commercial Mortgage Broker and Certified Private Lender Broker with over 25 years of experience in real estate financing. I have facilitated more than $625 million in loan volume across 2,500+ transactions, specializing in DSCR loans, fix-and-flip financing, bridge loans, construction loans, and commercial lending.
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Class A General Contractor, I bring a comprehensive understanding of both the financing and construction sides of real estate, allowing me to structure loans with insight into project timelines, rehab costs, and deal execution that most brokers simply don’t have.
